The Project Safe Graduation parents have been
active all year to bring you the best possible night of celebration. In order
to allow everyone to have the safest and most enjoyable night, we have designed
the following contract to let you and your parents know what to expect on
Saturday, May 31, 2008.
TIME
SCHEDULE:
Project Safe
Graduation will start registration at 9:30 p.m. Students may not arrive any
earlier. Doors will be closed at 11:00. No one may enter after this time.
Events will run all night, and students will be allowed to leave at 6:00 a.m.
Students who wish to leave sooner may do so but will forfeit any prior cash prizes or gifts.
EVENTS: Lots of FUN GAMES plus a
money machine. The casino tables will be open and food available all night.
GIFTS &
PRIZES:
Each student will have a chance at receiving the following:
· cash for staying all night · gift bag · door prizes given away hourly
GUEST: Your
parents are welcome to work in different areas of service; however, younger or
older siblings will have to stay home because of the limited space. Parents and
guardians will need to sign up to work the different areas at Safe Graduation
meetings. Each graduate is allowed to bring only one guest no younger than high
school age for a $20.00 charge. Please
submit the name of the guest on the space provided below. The night’s events are free to all 2008 LCM graduates only, thanks to
the efforts of students, parents and the community throughout the year. Guest will not be eligible for the door
prizes, money and gift bags.
ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION: The
night’s events will have numerous parents in circulation throughout the
building. There will be absolutely NO DRINKING or SMOKING allowed at the party,
and you will not be allowed into the party if you are DRINKING. Students may
leave at any time, BUT PARENTS WILL BE NOTIFIED AT THE TIME OF
DEPARTURE. THIS WILL RELINQUISH ALL RESPONSIBILITY FROM SAFE GRADUATION.

administration has the right to ask you to leave, should there be a problem.
