Dear Parents & Seniors 2008,

Can you believe GRADUATION DAY is almost here? This year has flown by! With not much time left before our year ends we have a lot of events planned. We are in need of everyone’s help to make the PSG night a huge success. If you haven’t gotten involved, we hope you don’t miss out on this opportunity to be a part of your senior’s class celebration.

If you are not on the email list and would like to be please go to the web site (lcmcisd.org – click-high school – click campus web site). Elizabeth Irving is overseeing our web site and will add you to the list.

Reminders:

· Keep selling raffle tickets!

· We have ordered over 1000 cookbooks. They should be in soon. You can still take orders.

· Senior contracts for Safe Graduation night were sent home in the first mail out. If you didn’t receive one or misplaced it, you can get one from the web site or ask Mrs. Reeves for one. Contracts are due ASAP. Seniors will have to have this turned in before they can attend the party. They can name their guest later.

· You can still pay the $50 for your senior. Last day to do this is April 30^th.

· Send in pictures for the memory video. About 4 or 5 from baby until now and school events though the years. BE sure to bale. Deadline is April 14^th.

· Bring your donations for the car show silent auction. WE are also asking for donations of canned drinks for the car show. Any drinks left over will be used at the graduation party. They can be brought to the meetings or to Mrs. Reeves room. (Due to LCM having a contract with Pepsi, we are supposed to use Pepsi products)

** ATTENTION: DUE TO THE TIME OF GRADUATION BEING EARLIER IN THE DAY THE STARTING TIME FOR PROJECT SAFE GRADUATION HAS BEEN CHANGED.

STUDENTS MAY BEGIN ARRIVING AT 9:30 AND DOORS WILL LOCK AT 11:00! Those students that are there at 10:15 will have their name in a special drawing.

Please encourage parents and seniors that you know that haven’t gotten involved yet, TO GET INVOLVED! AS you can see by the enclosed list of events that we are going to be very busy for the next couple of months. Any questions please contact any of us.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR ALL EVENTS!

Unfortunately, due to lack of student and parent participation several things have had to be canceled. We want everybody to be involved to help make this night memorable for all the seniors. We need lots of help for the car show. This is our BIG fundraser!
